Shipping fees

For parcels up to a value of 750 euros in Germany and 500 euros outside Germany, insurance is already included in the parcel price. From the respective value of goods, insurance is added to the parcel price during the ordering process.

For customers from Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Monaco and Norway (non-EU countries) we deduct German VAT (19%) from the sales price.

After entering a non-EU delivery address in the checkout or customer account, the VAT. Amount deducted directly. You then pay the postman the respective value added tax (from the net value of the goods) and any customs fees that may apply.
